Prep your jello by boiling 1 cup of water (I microwaved for 2.5 minutes) and then adding 1 cup of cold water to it. Then add a whole box of the sugar free jello. Mix well. Repeat this for a whole new batch so you have enough to make 5 bowls.
Add evenly to your 5 small bowls. Now add these to the fridge overnight to set.
Once jello bowls are set, make your protein cookie dough by adding all your dry ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Then slowly add cold water and mix till you get a thick not too THICCC cookie dough. Add in your mini chocolate chips.
This amount of cookie dough is enough for two bowls. So add to the top of your cookie dough bowls and enjoy!
